Description
This honey has an amber color and a characteristic caramelized aroma. It tastes good. After extraction by mechanical centrifuge, honey is settled, then filtered and packed. The processing temperature is always below 50°C.
Eucalyptus honey is perfectly combined with aged cheeses and herbal teas. It can be used in recipes with aromatic herbs.
